The perfect combination of posture, awareness and proprioception created instant improvments in figure skaters skills and abilities.

So we took our of posture, awareness and proprioception formula and we looked for the best ways to integrate it into unique exercises and training aids.

This decades long endeavor culminated with the creation of our ground-breaking performance posture training system we called POSTURE ENERGY.

POSTURE ENERGY gave such remarkable results for figure skaters that it caught the attention of professionals in many fields of training and research.
